Herman is a banjo and guitar player and vocalist in sensational Finnish “Party Bluegrass” band called Steve´n´Seagulls. That band started from a joke, they liked the joke their selfs, filmed it and the rest is history. At the moment that video is been watched 58 171 985 times!
Herman and the rest of the guys are my personal friends and I’m kind of their home tech so every time they returns from tour they bring their damaged instruments to me.
Last year we started to plan the electric guitar for Herman. We wanted it to be a true “Farm machine”. The need for it would be to work as a slide guitar with open tunings with more attitude than acoustic guitars. I think we scored with barn floor body, walnut neck and Minnesota license plate as pick guard. That the story behind “Uncle Barnie”.
Please take a look what Herman created with it at the video link. That’s amazing!!
